Senior Contracts Manager – Legally Bias Offshore Wind Developer
Location: London (2 days in the office p/w)
Work Pattern: Permanent, Full-Time, Hybrid
Responsibilities:
- Provide contract management support for projects within the developer’s portfolio, assisting the supply chain team in assessing, drafting, reviewing, and executing contracts and agreements.
- Occasionally cover and support company secretarial duties as needed.
- Collaborate with the supply chain team to develop policies and strategies.
- Integrate into projects to provide contractual support under the direction of the Projects Supply Chain Lead.
- Represent the company’s interests in the development and execution of contracts.
- Assist in the preparation and delivery of board papers, minutes, and meetings on behalf of the executive team.
Requirements:
- Law degree or experience as a contract manager with a legal focus.
- Provide advice, comments, and knowledge to the project and supply chain team in the development and execution of various contract formats.
- Prepare documentation and occasionally support BOD meetings in the company secretarial role.
- Review and maintain systems to ensure proper management of contracts and associated documentation at both company and project levels.
- Develop, author, and agree on contracting structures and details, including creating a suite of contracting conditions for use across the development portfolio.
