About The Role & Team
As the Head of Digital, you will lead the charge in driving the company’s digital transformation agenda. Your mission will be to design, implement, and optimize digital experiences across the entire customer lifecycle, from Lead Generation to Sales, In-Construction Management, Handover, and In-Life Property Management. This role will be critical to shaping the digital future of London Square while ensuring alignment with the broader Group digital strategy.
The role will be office-based working in our Head Office in Uxbridge.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Digital Strategy and Transformation:
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital transformation strategy, aligning with the Group’s overarching digital vision.
    • Identify opportunities to modernize and enhance digital capabilities across all business functions, ensuring scalability and cost efficiency.
  2. Customer Journey Enhancement:
    • Lead the redesign of end-to-end customer journeys, ensuring seamless, intuitive, and impactful digital experiences across web, mobile, and omnichannel platforms.
    • Drive innovation in Lead to Sale processes, In-Construction Management tools, Handover journeys, and ongoing property management experiences.
  3. Platform And Technology Leadership:
    • Oversee the implementation and optimization of advanced Salesforce CRM solutions, leveraging its capabilities to enhance customer engagement and sales processes.
    • Lead initiatives for developing and maintaining high-performing websites (including JavaScript-based development) and mobile applications.
    • Ensure effective integration of Oracle Fusion ERP and other enterprise systems to streamline operations.
    • Utilize modern omnichannel marketing tools to drive SEM/SEO advertising campaigns, cookie management, and targeted/retargeted marketing efforts.
  4. Digital Marketing And Analytics:
    • Build and execute data-driven digital marketing campaigns to attract and retain customers, leveraging advanced analytics to optimize performance.
    • Enhance cookie management and ensure compliance with privacy regulations while improving retargeting and personalization efforts.
  5. Team Leadership And Collaboration:
    • Manage the digital function for the UK business, ensuring cross-functional alignment and collaboration.
    • Foster a strong partnership with the Group digital team to leverage shared resources, tools, and best practices while reducing redundant investments.
    • Lead and inspire a high-performing digital team, empowering them to achieve the company’s digital transformation objectives.
  6. Hands-On Execution:
    • Be prepared to roll up your sleeves and take an active role in project execution, from concept to delivery.
    • Influence stakeholders at all levels with a collaborative, solutions-oriented approach to drive organizational change.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as a Head of Digital or equivalent leadership role within digital-native businesses.
  • Extensive experience with Salesforce CRM and its advanced features, including automation and analytics.
  • Expertise in digital experiences across mobile app development, website development (JavaScript proficiency), and Oracle Fusion ERP integration.
  • Deep knowledge of modern omnichannel marketing tools, including SEM/SEO advertising, cookie management, and audience targeting/retargeting strategies.
  • Strong track record in implementing large-scale digital transformation projects, with measurable business outcomes.
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and influencing skills to drive change across diverse functions.
  • A hands-on mindset with the ability to balance strategic vision with operational execution.
