We currently have a strong team in place and this role will provide oversight and a sounding board to the current team as well as being the business partner to the Executive Team and the Board. You will work closely with your wider Executive Team, to ensure they have the financial knowledge and data to make the right business decisions.
Position
- Ensure statutory directors remain legal, ethical and within best practice standards of governance and finance
- Report weekly and monthly accounts to Exec and Board
- Lead the financial audit for the Group
- Be a leading and effective member of the board and exec team using translations of data to persuade and influence ensuring sustained, profitable growth
- Challenge growth opportunities and spend to ensure the business is profitable with a positive cashflow
- Model opportunities and scenarios for discussion with Exec and Board, bringing solutions and recommendations
- Help identify and develop value adding opportunities that are in line with mission and objectives, taking account of the business resources and priorities.
- Overseeing the finance team and supporting on any development needs within the team
- Line management of Facilities

Requirements
- Minimum 10 years senior management experience preferably in a finance role.
- BA / BSC in Business/ Finance or related field or equivalent experience.
- CIMA/ACCA fully qualified
- Sharp, concise, affable and engaging, able to translate numbers into themes, trends and persuasive arguments
- Strong communication and strategic decision-making skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise projects in a complex and fast paced environment.
- Understanding of the healthcare sector and operating in a regulated environment.
- Excellent relationship management skills for key partners and stakeholders.
- Commercial awareness and innovative approach to problem solving.
- Passion for delivering our organisational vision.

Location: Working on a hybrid-basis, hours are to be performed at our office in Stratford-upon-Avon.
Job Type: 12-Month Contract
Salary: Up to £130,000 per annum.
Schedule: 22.5 hours per week, schedule to be confirmed with successful candidate.
