Experience

  • Previous bid writing experience – You know how to structure a winning submission.
  • Strong writing & communication skills – Clear, concise, and engaging.
  • Meticulous attention to detail – Every word, every deadline, every submission spot-on.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure – Tight deadlines? No problem.
  • Team player with initiative – You can own your workload but collaborate when needed.
  • Experience in the Construction or Civil Engineering industries.
  • A degree in a related field would be great... but not essential if you have the experience!

Responsibilities

  • Spotting & assessing opportunities – Keeping an eye on tender portals and analysing PQQs.
  • Crafting winning submissions – Writing compelling, clear, and well-structured responses.
  • Collaborating across teams – Working with experts inside and outside the business to gather key information.
  • Leading the submission process – Managing RFIs, clarifications, and ensuring high-quality bid submissions.
  • Fine-tuning everything – Proofreading, polishing, and making sure our submissions stand out.
  • Bringing presentations to life – Preparing client-winning PowerPoint decks and marketing materials.
  • Getting out on-site – Attending site visits and tender interviews to strengthen our bids.
