Are you a compassionate and skilled psychologist with a passion for supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? We are seeking a dedicated 1:1 School-Based Psychologist to work closely with children who require additional emotional and educational support within our inclusive primary school., * Provide one-to-one psychological support for children with SEN, helping them manage emotional, behavioural, and learning difficulties.

Conduct assessments to identify children’s specific needs and collaborate with teachers, SENCO (Special Educational Needs Coordinator), and external professionals to create tailored intervention plans.

Work alongside classroom staff to support the integration of therapeutic strategies into the student’s daily learning environment.

Use evidence-based practices to assist children in developing coping skills, emotional regulation, and social interaction strategies.

Regularly monitor and evaluate the progress of the children you support, adjusting interventions as necessary and reporting to school leadership and parents.

Offer guidance and support to staff and parents on strategies to help SEN students both in and outside the classroom.

A qualified psychologist with experience in working with children with SEN (e.g., ASD, ADHD, SEMH, learning disabilities).
