Job Title: Groundsman / Labourer / Digger Driver Location: Erdington, North Birmingham Salary: The hourly rate is dependent on experience starting from £14per hour. Work Pattern: Normal working hours are Monday to Friday – 40 hours per week (7.00 am to 3pm) with overtime optional and available. Job Type: Self-Employed – Full Time Hours A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a full-time Groundsman/Labourer/Digger Driver (ideally with labouring/building experience) to join our team of experienced builders and tradespeople. The ideal candidate will have worked in the building trade for at least 2 years and ideally hold a relevant driving licence and CPCS card to operate the excavator. We will consider candidates with experience in some of the following: property repair and maintenance general building workPlease only apply if you have the relevant experience as successful applicants will be invited for an interview and references will be checked. Our customer base is extensive from all NHS Trusts across Birmingham, Local Councils, Schools and Educational establishments and letting agents to home maintenance and residential house extensions and conversions. We are looking for someone who is hardworking with a can-do attitude, punctual, well presented, with a friendly attitude, the ability to work on their own and as part of a team and is happy to muck in. We are based in Erdington, North Birmingham but you will be required to work in different areas across Birmingham and the West Midlands area. A driver's licence essential, own transport to get to work. You will be taken on, on a self-employed basis. The hourly rate is dependent on experience starting from £14per hour.
