Our client a specialist travel brand who have a global team of adventure travel experts passionate about delivering unforgettable trips while protecting our planet.

They’re looking for a General Manager to drive the next phase of their success, leading the largest part of our business.

As a General Manager, you will:

• Own and grow the strategy, profitability, and partnerships .
• Lead product development, sales, and marketing alignment to enhance customer experiences.
• Strengthen account management systems and drive digital transformation.
• Champion sustainability , ensuring our B Corp commitments evolve.
• Collaborate with the senior team to shape long-term vision and growth.

As a General Manager you will be:

• Experienced senior product leader in travel, specifically adventure travel & expeditions
• Skilled in multi-year commercial partnerships and scaling operations.
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on, results-driven approach.
• Passion for adventure travel—Expedition Cruising experience a plus .
