INDH ACR Recruitment & Training LTD are looking for a level 2/3 Nursery Practitioner. Qualification and knowledge of the EYFS to join our successful team, working in Childcare settings throughout Rugby. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and education to children in our nursery setting. This position requires a nurturing individual who is committed to fostering a safe, stimulating, and supportive environment for young learners. Qualifications: Level 3 ideally, But will Consider a good Level 2 Roles and Responsibilities: Following safeguarding polices in line with the EYFS Interacting with children of differing ages appropriately throughout the day Engaging with the children in learning and play activities Helping to fulfil daily routines including meal times and bottle feeding Facilitating indoor and outdoor play activities Helping to ensure a safe, secure and fun environment for all children Working Hours & Schedule: Full-time Position: Up to 40 hours per week. Schedule: 4 days per week, with 10-hour shifts. Shift Pattern: Between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Safer recruitment policy will be adhered to, and successful candidate will need a clean DBS and 2 references (one from last employer) Job Type: Permanent Pay: £11.44-£12.00 per hour Benefits: Company pension Employee mentoring programme Schedule: Monday to Friday Education: GCSE or equivalent (preferred) Experience: UK based Nursery: 1 year (required) Childcare: 1 year (required) Licence/Certification: Driving Licence (preferred) Level 2 or Level 3 qualification (required) Work Location: In person
