Job Description

As a General Manager, you’ll have ownership of a single Jack’s store and everything in it. This includes sales, profitability, staffing, training, customer service, operations, and more! Day-to-day, you’ll:

  1. Lead your team to consistently meet service, cleanliness, and quality standards
  2. Provide smiling, friendly service to guests
  3. Ensure your store meets daily sales, service, food, and labor goals
  4. Manage a million-dollar business through high energy and high standards
  5. Hire, coach, mentor, and develop a successful team
  6. Help prepare and serve delicious southern foods (did someone say chicken?)
  7. Create a fun work environment where everyone feels supported, respected, and valued
