JOB TITLE: Trainee Blow Moulder/Engineer

THE ROLE
Our Client is recruiting for a Trainee Blow-Moulding machine setter to their well-established team in the Corby facility from where they manufacture injection moulded containers. Their commitment to developing their staff is demonstrated by the fact that the right candidate will undergo a structured 12/16 week training course before joining the shop floor on a continental shift basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Assume responsibility for the performance of production equipment
- Job change machines
- Tool change machines
- Maximise run time of allocated production lines
- Effectively set the machines to minimise material wastage
THE CANDIDATE
Our client is looking for a strong team player possessing the following attributes:
- Mechanical background
- A desire to learn the blow moulding process
- Happy to work a permanent shift system
- Confident personable approach to working in a team
SALARY: GBP28,462 rising to GBP32,000 when fully trained
