Key Responsibilities: * Manage and monitor production schedules, ensuring deadlines are met efficiently. * Liaise closely with the Transport Manager to ensure smooth delivery operations. * Provide regular updates to customers, ensuring excellent service and communication. * Process customer orders accurately and efficiently. * Work collaboratively within the business, understanding its synergies as part of a group. * Utilise Excel to track and manage data effectively. * Ensure accuracy and maintain a high level of attention to detail in all tasks. * Work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced production environment. * Develop product knowledge to assist with customer queries and support internal teams. * Manage multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating strong project management skills. * Act as an Account Manager, handling customer relationships and ensuring satisfaction. Key Skills & Experience: * Experience in packaging or manufacturing is highly desirable. * Strong customer service and communication skills. * Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong administrative skills. * A proactive and solutions-focused approach to problem-solving. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
