Salter Grange are leading the recruitment for a Preconstruction and Technical Manager position for a developer focusing on high-rise student accommodation projects.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the preconstruction phase for high-rise student accommodation projects
- Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met
- Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and value engineering
- Oversee technical aspects of the project, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations
