Our client is one of the UK’s oldest and largest housing associations, currently looking to expand their team of Grounds Maintenance Operatives within the Aylesbury area.
The right candidate will
-
Have basic knowledge and understanding of health and safety regulations
-
Have a valid driving licence
-
Be able to carry out general horticultural maintenance duties using hand and power tools
Typical duties will be:
-
Performing scheduled external grounds maintenance works across the portfolio.

Maintaining hedges, grass cutting, weed spraying/ weeding and leafing.

Undertaking security checks and dealing with any hazards such as broken bottles promptly.

Operating and maintaining both power and manual tools, specialised plant and other equipment.
-
Removing green waste and disposing of it in line with company policy and waste management regulations.
Hours are 0730 to 1530.
