Objective As an Implementations Consultant Lead , you will play a pivotal role in providing functional expertise for system architecture in finance, supply chain, and operational activities. Main Responsibilities / Functions As an Implementations Consultant Lead , you will: Lead end-to-end implementations . Provide advisory on industry best practices tailored to customer needs. Master the Suite Success Methodology . Document best practices, prepare training materials, and conduct training sessions. Reflect on project retrospectives for continuous improvement . Oversee and validate data migration plans, QA testing, and UAT strategies. Engage with business users to uncover needs, identify system gaps, propose solutions, and develop both high-level and detailed process flows . Technical Requirements ️ In-depth business process understanding . NetSuite ERP Certification . Desired Skills & Qualifications Experience with NetSuite . Strong communication and customer experience focus. Leadership and virtual presentation skills. Familiarity with the Suite Success Methodology . CPA Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
