Tutor of Design and Technology : Post 16 Ref: 2324/232 Hours: Can be either 0.8 (30 hours per week) or 1.0 (full time, 37 hours per week) Salary: Up to £40,109 per annum (this is the full time salary and is subject to experience and qualifications). You may also be eligible to claim a targeted retention incentive payment of up to £5,000*. Plus generous benefits. These include: • 55 days annual leave per year (including bank holidays and efficiency closures) • Generous Occupational Pension Scheme • Financial support towards teacher training course fees if you do not have a recognised Level 5 teaching qualification (Cert Ed/PGCE) – worth up to £7,000 over two years * Eligible FE teachers can claim a targeted retention incentive payment.
