The Opportunities

• Project Manager to lead and direct the project team on site. Typically acting as No.1 on site reporting to a visiting Project Director / Contracts Manager. Project values from £5m to £10m.
• Duties will include programming of the project using Power Project software, managing all daily site activities, liaising with clients, site teams and other construction professionals, and managing projects concurrently during the pre-construction and post completion stages.

• Site Manager to manage a project of c. £9m reporting to a Project Manager who will be split between site and office.
