The environment at Gatwick requires all our teams to have a flexible and adaptable approach, with exceptional problem-solving skills and an ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

As well as experience developing and implementing digital strategies, you will also have previous experience managing complex, cross-functional teams and stakeholders, addressing challenges and ensuring alignment across diverse groups.

In addition, you will have:

  4. Proven leadership in driving digital transformation, including the integration of cutting-edge technologies within project management processes.
  5. Experience with advanced IT systems and a thorough understanding of BIM platforms, Common Data Environments (CDE), and digital tools that support the capital delivery lifecycle.
  6. Demonstrable success in developing and maintaining project governance structures.
  7. Knowledge of capital project procedural frameworks and proven success in implementing and maintaining comprehensive quality management systems.
  8. A clear understanding of digital maturity models and the ability to assess and enhance digital adoption within project teams.
