Nights Senior Healthcare assistant

Location: Staines Salary: £11.75 – £12.00 per hour Hours: 3-4 nights per week Setting: Nursing Home We are looking for an experienced Senior Healthcare Assistant to join our nursing home in Staines. This is a great opportunity for a dedicated professional to take on a leadership role and ensure high-quality care for residents during night shifts. Key Responsibilities: Lead and support the night care team to provide person-centered care. Assist residents with personal care, mobility, and well-being. Administer medication and ensure accurate record-keeping. Monitor residents throughout the night and respond to any needs promptly. Requirements: Previous experience as a Senior HCA in a nursing home setting. Strong leadership, communication, and team coordination skills.
