Internship Accounting, Data Analytics, Economics & Finance

Foundedin 2010, Renovus is a lower middle-market private equity firm specializing in the Knowledge and Talent industries. From its base in the Philadelphia area, Renovus’ team of 40+ investment professionals manages 30+ U.S. based businesses operating in the education, healthcare services, technology services, and professional services industries. Renovus typically partners with founder-led businesses, leveraging its experience within the industry and access to debt and equity capital to make operational improvements, recruit top talent, pursue add-on acquisitions and oversee strategic growth initiatives.

Summer Analysts will:

  • Work closely with deal team members in all aspects of the deal process including:
    • Initial screenings of new opportunities
    • Creating financial models to reflect investment scenarios
    • Assisting in all aspects of the due diligence process, with a particular focus on data analysis
    • Drafting investment memos and presentations to communicate findings
  • Additionally, summer analysts will interact with existing portfolio companies and assist with financial reporting and KPI tracking

Requirements:

  • A junior with a graduation date of December 2026 or May 2027
  • Excellent academic performance
  • Excel and Powerpoint skills, including familiarity with financial modeling
  • Exceptional writing, presentation and verbal communication skills
  • Majors in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Mathematics preferred
  • Demonstrated passion for business and investing
