We are excited to expand our client base with this exciting in-house opportunity for a rapidly growing financial trading brand with international footprint.
You will be stepping into a well oiled advertising and design team with strong sense of brand – concepting campaigns to live across digital, social and out of home.
We are looking for portfolios displaying end-to-end campaign creation – ideally for (but not limited to) professional services and corporate brands, B2b space.

The Role
We’re looking for a Midweight Creative to join our in-house studio. This role is perfect for someone with a mix of conceptual thinking and design execution skills, eager to make an impact in the fintech industry. You’ll work closely with marketing, product, and brand teams to develop engaging campaigns and assets across digital and print channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts and execute high-quality designs for marketing campaigns, digital ads, social media, email, and print materials.
- Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and marketing teams to create engaging and effective content.
- Maintain brand consistency across all creative outputs while pushing the brand forward.
- Work on a variety of projects, from digital banners to video storyboards and animations.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and bring fresh, innovative ideas to the team.
- Support senior creatives and art directors in executing larger-scale campaigns.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a creative/design role, preferably within an in-house team or agency.
- Strong portfolio showcasing integrated campaign work
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects is a plus).
- Experience with motion design, video editing, or 3D would be a bonus.
- A passion for fintech, trading, and financial services (or a willingness to learn about the industry is essential).
- Ability to balance multiple projects and work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to take feedback constructively.
