From designing print assets, to digital design, written content, and even photography and videography, you will be entrusted to create a range of marketing outputs.This valued, design-driven role reports into the Campaign Manager within a creative marketing team. Day-to-day, this designer will support a junior designer and work closely with other areas of the business, so will need to be a collaborative team player. Within a close-knit team, the successful candidate will have the chance to contribute to creative processes in a receptive and forward-thinking environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned designer with 3-5 years’ experience, to work within a small, close-knit marketing team.Key Responsibilities: Create mailshot materials and adverts (print and digital)Maintain marketing and advertising materials (such as brochures, exhibition stands etc.)Create assets for the company’s social media profiles on LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram and TwitterCreate other engaging content (such as infographics, presentations, merchandise etc.)Assist with photograph and video productionProvide support for events and attend trade showsAssist with distributor support, e.g. event design requirementsAssist with any digital marketing as requiredWhat experience you\’ll need to applySeasoned Graphic Designer or related role.A qualification in Graphic Design or related field.Extensive knowledge of InDesign and Photoshop.The ability to work within brand guidelines, maintain brand consistency and visually appealing quality across all projects.Experience pitching creative ideas internally working on conceptual design work.Solid experience in typography and composition, with a good understanding of how to adapt for print and digital platformsA good understanding of print and digital processesSome experience in photography, video, and animation is desirableAn interest in social media, video production, event marketing, engineering & technology is desirableCopywriting, creative thinking, and a keen eye for detailWhat you\’ll get in return for your experienceJoining a friendly and welcoming team, you will be able to use your full range of design skills and contribute to ideation across a range of global contexts and campaigns. This is an on-site role, working in a modern office space in Dorchester.
