Groundworks Site Manager/Foreperson

Groundworks Foremperson/Manager required to oversee various aspects of the groundworks and landscaping to a commercial office building refurbishment with regard to the external works. This will include fencing, paving, drainage, kerbing and the landscaping (turfing). Various subcontractors have been appointed to complete the external works, the Foreperson/Manager will oversee all aspects of the groundwork and liaise with the contractors to ensure a high standard delivery. This project commennces in March 2025. CSCS and SSSTS/SMSTS required
