Basic salary: £34,445 + bonus (OTE £40k) and company car. We\’re looking for a great people manager with a personality who is resilient and has a \”Can Do\” attitude with a hands-on approach to leading and motivating a small team. Passion is all you need; no previous bathroom experience is required as full training will be given. Travel will be required to train for the role, so a full driving license is essential.
