Job Description

Data Entry Administrator – Procurement and Compliance (3-month Temp)

Tay Associates have partnered with a highly reputable corporate organization who are on the lookout for a Data Entry Administrator to join their team on a 3-month temporary basis, with the view to extend depending on the workload. They are currently undergoing a project within their compliance and procurement team where they need someone to move and reconcile the data from one service to another. While cleansing the data, they are seeking someone who is proactive with a high attention to detail and can remain calm while working under pressure.

Skills/Experience Required:

  • Degree qualified
  • Strong verbal communication and critical thinking skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • High degree of business acumen
  • Stress-resistant while under pressure
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Intermediate experience with MS Office Software (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint)
