From refining test strategies to characterising cutting-edge components, your work will help shape tomorrow’s high-performance communication systems.Key Responsibilities as the Senior Validation EngineerContribute to new product design reviews and define test features required for successful evaluation.Develop test automation scripts using Python or LabVIEW.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, test, product, and applications engineering.Participate in validation review meetings and generate technical validation reports.Perform lab-based testing of high-speed optical components, ICs, or modules.Take precision measurements on devicesSupport PCB schematic entry and layout using AltiumQualifications required:BSc/MSc in Electrical or Electronics Engineering, or HNC/HND with at least 6 years of relevant experience.Experience working in a high-speed lab environment with hands-on validation tasks.Knowledge of signal integrity, high-speed measurements, and digital/optical testing.Proficient with lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, VNAs, BERTs, and optical test tools.Strong software skills in Python or LabVIEW for test automation.A collaborative team player with strong communication skills and a drive to innovate.Apply today and be a key part of tomorrow’s innovation.
