Key Responsibilities- Manage your own caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion
- Handle a full mix of matters including sales and purchases (freehold and leasehold), transfers of equity, and re-mortgages
- Deliver a high standard of client care and service
- Work closely with colleagues across the team to ensure smooth case progression and compliance
- Hybrid working: Up to 3 days working from home
