Contract Manager

Contracts Manager – leading Tier 2 main contractor based on the South Coast in Hampshire.As Contracts Manager you will be responsible for 2-3 projects concurrently from input to preconstruction phase and through delivery on site through your autonomous project teams.Key responsiblities:Client liaison and relationship management throughoutInput to preconstruction – methodology, programming of works, design development, logistics, review of supply chain, etcLeadership and support of your project teams through deliveryEnsuring high standards of health & safety across your sitesChallenging, supporting and developing your construction project teamsEnsuring progress on programme and issue resolutionEnsuring high quality building at every stage with all Quality Assurance completedReporting up line on progress and status of projects monthlyThis regionally based main contractor is very well established with an annual turnover in the region of £70m and secured work in the commercial, industrial, education, healthcare and student accommodation sectors along the wider South Coast region covering Dorset, Hampshire and Sussex.You will ideally have a Tier 1 or 2 main contractor background through the Site, Project and Contract Manager operational route, and 2-3 years of experience at Contracts Manager level.For more information please contact Martin Olney on 07984 174040
