What’s on offer?£50,000 – £65,000 Package Healthcare Pension Fully remote roleOpportunity to contribute to a diverse pipeline of projects across commercial, industrial and data centre environments Responsibilities:Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for BMS projectsReview tender documents, specifications, and drawingsLiaise with engineering teams to ensure technical accuracySupport the sales team with clear, concise cost breakdownsHelp shape project bids and secure new business Experience Required:Proven experience in BMS engineering (Trend, Tridium, Siemens, or similar systems)Strong commercial awareness and attention to detailAbility to work independently and manage multiple tenders at onceExcellent communication skills – written and verbalSelf-motivated with strong organisational skills
