Job description Pertemps Dudley are looking for an experienced MIG Welder on behalf of our client in the Brierley Hill area. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating welding equipment. Key Responsibilities: Set up and operate welding equipment, including MIG welding machines Welding light materials using jigs Conduct inspections to ensure welded components meet required standards Adhere to safety guidelines and procedures at all times Maintain and clean welding equipment regularly Qualifications: Proven experience as a MIG Welder in a manufacturing setting Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings Strong welding skills Knowledge of different welding materials and their applications Hours of work: Monday-Friday – 8am-4.30pm.
