This role is ideal for an experienced Site Manager or Supervisor looking to take the next step into contract management. Role Overview: You will be responsible for overseeing flooring and tiling projects, ensuring that all work meets the highest quality standards while maintaining safety and efficiency. You will manage teams, coordinate project activities, and act as the key point of contact for clients and project managers. Key Responsibilities: * Project Coordination: Plan and organize the workflow of flooring installers to meet project timelines. * Quality Control: Ensure that all installations are completed to the highest standards and comply with contractual specifications. * Health & Safety: Enforce strict adherence to health and safety guidelines on-site. * Client Communication: Liaise effectively with project managers and clients to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget. * Resource Management: Oversee the usage of materials, tools, and equipment, optimizing efficiency. * Progress Reporting: Attend site meetings and provide regular updates on project status and progress.
