We are seeking a dedicated, experienced, and compassionate Registered Manager to lead our Children’s Residential Home. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management of the home, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and support to children and young people. This role involves supervising a team of care staff, working closely with external agencies, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
Registered Manager responsibilities include:
- The daily running of the home
- Staff management
- Budgets
- Ensuring that a high standard of care is maintained at all times
- Compliance with all current legislation
To be considered for the role you will have:
- 2 Years management experience within young people’s services
- An established record of consistently achieving Good/Outstanding ratings from Ofsted
- Have completed the RMA / NVQ 4 in Leadership + Management / ILM Level 5
- Excellent working knowledge of children’s homes national minimum standards and the Children’s Act 2010
