A cutting-edge battery software company is looking to hire a Key Account Manager. The successful candidate will build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction, and driving revenue growth.   The Key Account Manager will: Drive revenue growth by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities within key accounts. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities and risks. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes. Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently to maintain strong client relationships. Prepare and present reports on account performance, sales forecasts, and key metrics.   The Key Account Manager will have: Proven experience as a Key Account Manager, Sales Manager, or similar role in a relevant industry. Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport at all levels. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to analyze data, generate reports, and present insights to stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-value accounts effectively.
