Job Title: Depot Manager Location: Crawley Salary: Up to £70,000 + Tesla Car + Bonus (Up to 15%) About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Depot Manager with a strong background in generators to take charge of our Crawley depot. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to lead operations, drive efficiency, and ensure the highest standards of service delivery. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the depot, overseeing a skilled team, managing resources, and ensuring smooth and effective operations. Key Responsibilities: * Oversee daily depot operations, ensuring efficiency and safety. * Manage a team of engineers and support staff, ensuring high levels of performance and engagement. * Ensure all generator equipment is maintained, serviced, and delivered to a high standard. * Develop and implement strategic plans to improve depot efficiency and profitability. * Drive customer satisfaction, managing key client relationships and service expectations. * Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies. * Work closely with senior management to support business growth and operational improvements. * Manage budgets, cost control, and financial performance. What We’re Looking For: * Proven experience in a Depot Manager or similar leadership role. * Essential: Strong background in generators and power equipment. * Excellent leadership and team management skills. * Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations. * Ability to manage budgets and financial performance. * Customer-focused with strong communication and problem-solving skills. * Full UK driving licence.
