The Role

We are seeking an exceptional Graphic Designer to join our creative team and help deliver outstanding visual communication solutions for our diverse client portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with Account Managers and the Head of Creative to develop comprehensive design briefs
• Generate innovative design concepts across multiple mediums, including:
• Advertising materials
• Corporate publications
• Product packaging
• Exhibition and display graphics
• Brand identity systems
• Social Media
• Develop and present high-quality design proposals that meet client objectives
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional quality and meeting strict deadlines
• Provide creative solutions that balance artistic vision with commercial practicality
• Stay current with emerging design technologies and industry trends
• Contribute to team brainstorming and creative development sessions
• Conduct thorough quality checks and proofing of all design deliverables

Required Experience and Skills

Essential Qualifications

• Degree in Graphic Design or equivalent professional experience
• Minimum 3 years of agency or professional design experience
• Advanced proficiency in:
• Adobe InDesign
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe Photoshop

Desired Skills

• Demonstrated portfolio showcasing creative versatility
• Excellent understanding of design principles and current visual trends
• Strong problem-solving and communication abilities
• Proficiency with AI design tools
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
