Dispute Resolution Paralegal – City Law Firm – London

Taylor Root have partnered with a leading city law firm who are looking to add headcount to their Dispute Resolution team in London. This role will based in the firms London office and will be offered on a permanent basis.

A full-service firm in London, our client is known for their expertise in transactional, advisory and regulatory work advising successful businesses, their leaders and investors. It is a recognised leader in real estate, IP, commercial and technology.

The Team

You will be joining a multi-service disputes practice that is well respected for their work in commercial, banking and finance and arbitration. They work with multinational businesses, large organisations, small and medium sized enterprises, and individuals. Most of this work will be defendant and have an international reach.

The Role

You will work predominantly on securities litigation and there will be elements of arbitration, this will involve:

• Coordinating the gathering of evidence; assisting with disclosure and witness statements; and trial preparation
• Drafting correspondence to clients
• Reviewing new cases/judgments relating to securities litigations claims
• Reviewing and collating trading data and other documentation
• Legal research

The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate will likely have at least 6/12 months experience working across a busy litigation team in the city. Candidates who have arbitration experience are desirable.
