Main duties: You will be supporting the sales and account management teams by being the first point of contact for customers, retailers and distributors.
The role:
- Support the sales team as required
- Administration including completing new customer forms
- Responding to emails, website and telephone enquiries providing outstanding service
- Translating of documents as needed
- Monitor and update selected websites
- Building relationships with distributors and all administrative duties related to the distribution network
- Develop and maintain the database
- Occasionally attend tradeshows
