Hours: 9AM – 5PM, Monday to Friday (Open to part-time employment)
Salary: £16 – £19 per hour

Professional Development About the Role
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an M&E Estimator to join their team. This role requires a technically skilled, commercially aware individual with a strong background in Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) estimating, particularly within the HVAC and commercial gas sectors.

As an M&E Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive quotations, supporting both the technical and commercial aspects of the business, and ensuring all estimates are produced with profitability and client satisfaction in mind.

Key Responsibilities

Produce timely and accurate estimates for M&E projects.
Provide technical and commercial assistance to clients and internal teams.
Interpret client requirements and generate detailed quotations based on supplied information, engineer reports, or site visits.
Ensure estimates align with business profitability goals, protecting the company’s commercial interests.
Seek new business opportunities by introducing company services to both new and existing clients. Essential Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in M&E estimating.
Commercial Gas Qualifications or a Degree/HND in M&E.
Strong HVAC background with technical expertise.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong IT skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to interpret reports and technical documentation.
Highly organised and detail-oriented, with a methodical approach.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment, managing tight deadlines.
