Position Overview
Team Leader & Grounds Maintenance Operative/s Required for the start of the new season! (March)

We require Team Leaders & mobile Grounds Maintenance Operative/s within East London and surrounding areas. This is a mobile role, and pick up/drop off can be arranged depending on your location.
Minimum Requirements
- Experience of managing a small team
- Ability to work independently or within a small team
- Commercial grounds maintenance or landscaping experience
- Experience using hand-held power tools, such as petrol mowers, strimmers, hedge cutters, etc.
- A valid driver's license
Job Responsibilities
- Mobile work on various multi-site commercial properties such as retail parks, supermarkets, offices, schools & colleges, parks, and open spaces
- Regular visits carrying out planned maintenance or reactive work on sites
- Working within a small team
- Customer service interaction to ensure client satisfaction with the works carried out
- Company van and mobile iPad are provided, along with vehicle checks.
About the Company
We are a well-established grounds maintenance organization with a strong nationwide presence within the UK. We offer training and development and reward hard work for our staff, promoting a good working environment. Full PPE, tools, and equipment are all supplied. Permanent positions and other opportunities are available for the right candidates.
Salary: £30k-£40k based on a 48-hour work week through an annualized hours program. Overtime may be available at a premium rate but is not guaranteed.
