Your role
In the role of a Lead Consultant, you will anchor the engagement effort for assignments, all the way from business process consulting and problem definition to solution design, development and deployment. You will be pivotal to problem definition and discovery of the overall solution and guide teams on project processes and deliverables. As a thought leader in your domain, you will be the key advisor to architecture and design reviews. You will anchor business pursuit initiatives, client training, and in-house capability building.

Responsibilities

1. Strong knowledge of SFDC sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Pardot.
2. Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform configuration, data structures, data migrations, sharing, and security settings.
3. Knowledge about product/service lifecycle.
4. Help stakeholders understand Salesforce configuration vs customization needs for various requirements.
5. Requirement Analysis, Prioritizing, Phasing, Development planning, Dependency analysis, Release planning.
6. Aligning stakeholders around the vision for the product.
7. Prioritizing product features and capabilities.
8. Work with cross-functional teams.
9. Coordination and collaboration with team members ensuring synchronicity.
10. Admin activities – user setup, configuration, etc. and work with Salesforce reports and analytics.

Preferred

1. Salesforce certified Administrator
2. Salesforce certified Service Cloud Consultant
