The role – what is it we would like you to do?

Currie & Brown is currently looking for a senior consultant/associate for our PPP advisory business. The successful candidate will undertake the role of a lender’s technical advisor (LTA) working across a number of PFI/PPP projects carrying out due diligence making recommendations and advising on risks to allow our clients to make informed decisions, enhancing our culture of innovation and reinforcing our reputation as their preferred service provider.

Your core duties will involve:

  • Carrying out reviews of the projects operational performance across a number of PFI/PPP projects
  • Review proposed lifecycle spend for operational projects
  • Consultation on proposed project variations
  • Advising clients on the implications of projects being handed back
  • Undertake FM reviews
  • Carry out FM procurement exercises

What skills and attributes are we looking for from you:

  • Experience in the PFI/PPP arena and or FM market
  • Ability to be flexible and respond quickly
  • Be an effective communicator
  • Well-organised, diligent, proactive, assertive, well-disciplined and commercially astute
  • A team player with a ‘can do’ attitude, outgoing, polite, patient, diplomatic and personable
  • Degree level qualification or equivalent level of experience
  • Potential to support overseas commissions
