TEAM LEADER & GROUNDS MAINTENANCE OPERATOR/S – DAGENHAM

Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum

Team Leader & Grounds Maintenance Operative/s required for the start of the new season (March). Are you looking for a new challenge? Are you looking for a promotion? Read on.

Requirements:

• Experience of managing a small team.
• Ability to work independently or within a small team.
• Commercial grounds maintenance or landscaping experience.
• Experience using handheld power tools such as petrol mowers, strimmers, hedge cutters, etc.
• Valid driver\’s license.

The job:

• Mobile round working on various multi-site commercial properties such as retail parks, supermarkets, offices, schools & colleges, parks and open spaces.
• Regular visits carrying out planned maintenance or reactive work on sites.
• Working within a small team.
• Customer service interaction to ensure client satisfaction.
• Company van, mobile iPad provided.
• Vehicle checks.

£30k-£40k + based on a 48hr per week pay through an annualised hours programme. (Overtime may be available at a premium rate but not guaranteed).
