TEAM LEADER & GROUNDS MAINTENANCE OPERATIVES – GLASGOW
Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a small team of mobile grounds maintenance operatives.
- Plan and carry out routine and reactive maintenance across multiple commercial sites including retail parks, supermarkets, offices, schools, colleges, parks and open spaces.
- Ensure customer service interactions are handled professionally to keep clients satisfied with the work performed.
- Conduct vehicle and equipment checks; manage the company van and mobile iPad provided.
- Work within a small team, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and any required follow‑up.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience managing a small team.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a small team.
- Commercial grounds maintenance or landscaping experience.
- Proficiency with handheld power tools (e.g., petrol mowers, strimmers, hedge cutters).
- A valid driver’s licence is essential.

Compensation
£30k‑£40k, based on a 48‑hour per week pay-through annualised hours programme. Overtime may be available at a premium rate but is not guaranteed.
