Team Leader & Grounds Maintenance Operative/s
We require Team Leaders & mobile Grounds Maintenance Operative/s within Glasgow and surrounding areas for the start of the new season (March). This is a mobile role, and pick up/drop off can be arranged depending on your location.
Responsibilities:
- Mobile round working on various multi-site commercial properties such as retail parks, supermarkets, offices, schools & colleges, parks, and open spaces.
- Regular visits carrying out planned maintenance or reactive work on sites.
- Working within a small team.
- Customer service interaction is essential to ensure the client is happy with the works carried out.
- Vehicle checks.
Requirements:
- Experience of managing a small team.
- Working independently or within a small team.
- Must have commercial grounds maintenance or landscaping experience.
- Experience of using hand-held power tools, such as petrol mowers, strimmers, hedge cutters, etc.
- A valid driver\’s license is essential.
The Company:

Compensation:
£30k-£40k based on a 48hr per week pay through an annualized hours programme. (Overtime may be available at a premium rate but not guaranteed.)
