Assistant Quantity Surveyor – Super-Prime/ High-End Residential\\n£35k-£50k + bonus scheme\\nCentral London\\n\\nThe Company\\n\\nOur client is a leading a highly reputable super prime residential contractor who work on some of the most prestigious luxury residential projects across London.\\n\\nOur client represents some of the wealthiest individuals in the world and build some of the most beautiful one-off developments in the UK which mostly consist of standalone mansions and estates. These locations include areas such as Kensington, Notting Hill, Mayfair, and Belgravia.\\n\\nYou will not find another contractor that is involved in higher quality work than our client.\\n\\nAt present they are working on a seven million pound, 10,000 sq/ft super-prime residential fit-out which you would be a part of. A further 5 projects are confirmed to be moving forward ranging between £4 – £20M in value.\\n\\nDue to continued growth and acquisition of new projects, our client is now looking to bring in an experienced Assistant Quantity Surveyor to become a key part of the highly successful team.

This is a key role for the business as they are looking for an individual who aspires to join a leader in luxury construction in the London market.\\n\\nThe role of the Assistant Quantity Surveyor\\n\\nReporting into the Commercial Manager your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:\\n\\n * Overall responsibility for the delivery of the project\\n\\n * Calculate all the prime costs on developments within the business.\\n\\n * Deal with valuations & payment notices\\n\\n * Provide a detailed cost budget plan and share with the site tea,\\n\\n * Maintain schedules of quantities and price them for the prime cost budget.\\n\\n * Prepare estimates of all costs including sub-contractors & materials.\\n\\nTo be successful as a Assistant Quantity Surveyor you will need to possess the following:\\n\\n * Quantity Surveying degree or similar\\n\\n * 3+ years surveying experience\\n\\n * Experience working on high-end fit-outs or refurbishments would be looked upon favourably\\n\\n * Get up and go attitude\\n\\n If this role sounds of interest to you, then please apply to the advert or give Martin Walter a call on (phone number removed)
