We’re hiring a dedicated Animal Technician to join our fast-paced, driven team.\\n\\nWhat You'll Do\\n\\nAs an Animal Technician, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the health, welfare, and high standards of care for animals. Key responsibilities include:\\n\\n * Routine husbandry: feeding, watering, cleaning, handling, and observation of animals\\n\\n * Monitoring housing environments and maintaining hygiene and biosecurity\\n\\n * Maintaining accurate records, monitoring stock levels, and reporting welfare concerns\\n\\nWhat You’ll Need\\n\\n * Minimum 12 months of relevant experience in animal husbandry\\n\\n * Minimum Level 2 Diploma in Animal Management and 5 GCSEs (A–C) including Maths and English\\n\\n * Strong experience handling various species\\n\\n * A passion for animal welfare, strong communication skills, and team spirit\\n\\nAdditional Info\\n\\n * Weekend work and extended hours may occasionally be required\\n\\n * Must have a valid UK driving licence\\n\\n * Must be comfortable with physical requirements of the role (lifting, twisting, repetitive movement)\\n\\nReady to make a difference in animal science?
