The Arora Group is one of the largest private owner and operator of hotels in the UK, with over 6000 rooms in operation across 12 Global Brands, including Marriott, Hilton, Accor and IHG portfolios. With the growth of our Talent Acquisition function, we are now looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join us. We are looking for an experienced hospitality recruiter with knowledge in recruiting for corporate and Hotel Operational roles while also having knowledge of employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Supporting and coaching the TA Executives on day-to-day activities and approaches.
  • Supporting the Head of TA deliver the overall Talent Acquisition Strategy.
  • Attend Senior Stakeholder meetings in the absence of the Head of TA and present feedback and reports as requested.
  • Be directly responsible for the recruitment and selection of a variety of team member, Team Leader and Management positions.
  • Guide Hiring Managers on the recruitment process and best practices to ensure they fill their vacancies in a suitable amount of time.
  • Utilizing the relevant job boards to advertise our vacancies in the most cost effective and timely way, while ensuring the advert content is accurate and follows the relevant brand standards.
  • Arranging interviews for suitable candidates with hiring Managers.
  • Advising and guiding stakeholders on Recruitment approaches in line with overall Talent Acquisition policy.
  • Be a part of recruitment and attraction initiatives and activities.
  • Attend career events and job fairs being an ambassador for The Arora Group and the Brands Affiliated with it.
  • Work proactively to ensure we have Talent pools of relevant candidates for a proactive approach for future vacancies.

Skills & Experience

  • A successful track record working in Hospitality or as a Recruiter in the hospitality industry (Internal or Agency).
  • Proven track record in talent forecasting and planning.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment trends and tools.
  • Strong knowledge of TA reporting (Time to hire, source to hire, cost per hire etc).
  • Experience of working with major global hotel brands is ideal.
  • Team player with strong & positive people skills.
  • Demonstrate self-confidence, energy, and enthusiasm.
  • Willing to adapt and change styles as and when necessary.
  • Have a proactive approach and always be thinking two steps ahead.
  • Senior stakeholder Management experience.
  • Hold a UK Driving Licence.
  • Available to work in the office and hotels 5 days a week.
