NES Fircroft are currently looking for a QHSE Advisor, on a permanent basis, to join a global oil and gas related business that is based in Dyce. The QHSE Advisor will be responsible for implementing and maintaining QHSE standards across all of our client’s locations and product lines. This role is critical to ensuring the highest levels of quality and safety in our clients operations, as well as compliance and environmental regulations.
Please note that the successful candidate will begin in January 2025 due to business requirements.
Key Activities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain QHSE policies, procedures, and standards.
- Promote a positive health and safety culture within the organization.
- Ensure all products and services meet the highest quality standards
- Develop and deliver QHSE training programs for employees at all levels.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements.
Qualifications/Skills Required:
- NEBOSH and IOSH qualified professional
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a QHSE role, preferably within the energy or manufacturing industries.
- In-depth knowledge of QHSE management systems, standards, and regulations (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Willingness to travel to various locations as required.
A valid UK right of work is required for this position.
