We are looking for a proactive and confident communicator to support clients in maximizing their success . The role involves reaching out to clients, ensuring they actively promote their presence by inviting customers and prospects, and guiding them through the available marketing opportunities.

Key responsibilities include:

Proactively calling clients to encourage customer and prospect invitations.
Highlighting key opportunities available to them, such as marketing tools and promotional activities.
Keeping clients informed of important deadlines (e.g., Swapcard profile completion, stand orders, and logistics).
Providing guidance and support to ensure a smooth and successful event experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
