About the Role:

A leading main contractor with a focus on residential projects up to £20m is seeking an experienced Design Manager to join their team for an exciting 3-month fixed term contract. This role will involve overseeing two new build residential RC Frame projects in Bromley, Kent, ensuring the successful design delivery and management of the schemes from inception to completion.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the design delivery and management of residential projects.
2. Coordinate with project teams, including architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
3. Maintain high standards of design quality.
4. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
