Job description Overview We are currently recruiting a role for a Key Account Executive for one of our clients based In Bordon. This role involves building and maintaining long-term, trusting relationships with their customers. The Account Executives role is to oversee select national retailers; developing new business from existing customers, proactively identifying new opportunities, and providing outstanding service to ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities * Being the main point of contact for queries from specific customers * Take time to build great relationships with each customer so that you adapt the services and products to meet their specific needs. * Pro-actively contact new and existing customers to make them aware of new & upcoming product releases to increase sales. * Contact customers via phone and email to assist with a variety of sales queries. * Capture & update customer information accurately. * Be a team player, helping drive performance by constantly challenging self & by inspiring others to meet their goals. * Respond to changing priorities and achieve tasks quickly and efficiently. * Business travel to numerous off-site meetings and trade shows * Taking ownership of customer issues and working swiftly to resolve them to the satisfaction of the customer wherever possible. Skills * Strong interpersonal skills with ability to quickly establish rapport and build trust * Confident communicator, both verbal and written * Adaptable to changing demands and priorities. * Works well under pressure. * Strong team player but happy to work independently * Positive and enthusiastic with a passion to learn and deliver fantastic customer service * Resilient and determined * Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills Salary: £25,000.00- £26,000.00 per year Working Hours: Monday to Friday (Full-Time)- Cover letter on request Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: £25,000.00-£26,000.00 per year Schedule: * Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
