Caremark Rotherham & Sheffield provide support in the community for Children and young adults living with complex needs., Our service supports clients within the home setting, within school/college and to access the community to undertake activities they enjoy.
As a Community Support Worker, you are a pivotal part of supporting clients to achieve their personal goals and aspirations.
Activities such as: Bowling, swimming, football, going shopping, cinemas, going on day trips and short breaks.
You will be required to be successful in establishing professional relationships with our clients, their families and other professionals involved in their care and support.
As a Community Support Worker, you will need to be a professional who actively engages and involves your client in their care and support needs.
The support Caremark Rotherham & Sheffield provide takes place in BLOCK HOURS from 4 HOURS up to 14 HOURS at any one time. As a Support Worker you will be supporting your specific clients on a one-to-one or two to one basis depending on the client’s individual needs.
Due to our client’s preference, we are currently recruiting for Full Time Female Support Workers.
